The first period after start of operations is often a very great need for support to the transition to the new system to be as smooth as possible for both you and for your customers. During this period, we offer support in two levels; level one is that we are available by phone for answers to all the users in the system and level two, we are at your site a number of hours per week the first period.
Based on you and your users feedback, we tune and adjust the system as you go. New insights and conditions is a reason to improve the system continuously. We do this during our repeating improvement projects that take place related to the health check we do on the system continuously. The health check together with support and lifetime warranty is all services in the safety agreement we have together. The goal is a system that constantly supports and strengthens the business when your company or organization grows and develops.
